2. Merchandise & Storefront Policies
We offer limited edition gaming merchandise (hoodies, jerseys, speed mousepads) on our site. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
- Pricing and LKR Currency: All prices listed on our store are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Fulfillment & Shipping Fees: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 350 is applied to all orders shipped within Sri Lanka. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 5 business days.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure local card/wallet processing via our payment simulator. For COD orders, active mobile validation is required. If the courier cannot verify your mobile number, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Inventory & Stock Limits: Items marked as "Low Stock" or "Limited Edition" are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the inventory.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on this website, including but not limited to logos, site designs, gaming graphic assets, system logs, code databases, and custom CSS layout properties, is the property of Flame Gaming and is protected by local and international copyright laws.
YouTube video thumbnails, play streams, and gaming clips pulled via the API are copyright of their respective creators. You may not download, re-upload, or monetize our media archives without prior written consent.
4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
We aim to maintain a welcoming, highly interactive action-gaming community. When submitting order comments, accessing admin features (where permitted), or interacting with our automated community feeds:
- You will not submit false delivery details or abuse the Cash on Delivery system.
- You will not attempt to bypass login security or gain unauthorized access to the Admin Command Center dashboard.
- You will not inject malicious code, scripts, or trigger SQL pollution on our order schemas or video data layers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Flame Gaming provides this platform, its storefront products, and its media feeds on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the accuracy of synchronized YouTube API data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or merch transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
